"AgeSong saved my life.  It is as comforting as a plate of chocolate chip cookies."

~Phyll F.

AgeSong Marin discussion groups provide conversation and connection for seniors who wish to explore life’s “third act.”  Each group of six to eight participants (plus two facilitators) meets during the day for 90 minutes once weekly for 8 weeks.

When the Shelter-In-Place order is lifted, groups will again meet at various sites throughout Marin County.  In the meantime, groups are meeting online through Zoom until it is safe to hold the groups in person.

Throughout time, humans have been storytellers. It’s those stories that help us maintain the memory of who we were and who we are now. Sharing stories and memories makes sense of our lives and helps us see patterns which integrate our life experiences. AgeSong offers a unique opportunity to connect with others and ourselves through our stories.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

"AgeSong has had a surprising impact on me and has been a life giving experience. It has helped me to realize how powerful my need is to not feel alone in this final stage of life. I'm impressed that even though our group has never met in person, never shared a cup of tea, and never given each other a hug, a strong bond of respect and support has been created as well as a willingness to deeply listen to one another."
