AgeSong Marin discussion groups provide conversation and connection for seniors who wish to explore life’s “third act.” Each group of six to eight participants (plus two facilitators) meets during the day for 90 minutes once weekly for 8 weeks.
We offer groups online through Zoom and groups that meet in person in Mill Valley, San Rafael, and Novato.
Throughout time, humans have been storytellers. It’s those stories that help us maintain the memory of who we were and who we are now. Sharing stories and memories makes sense of our lives and helps us see patterns which integrate our life experiences. AgeSong offers a unique opportunity to connect with others and ourselves through our stories.
We are now offering our online groups at a rate of $40 for the 8 week session, reduced from our standard fee of $80.
